Yes — that is our core work. Send a sketch, CAD, mood board or even a photo. We return CAD renders with Pantone-matched pom options, weave a physical strike-off for approval, and revise until it is right before production.

Yes. Your designs, your brand labels, care tags and packaging. Client designs are never resold, reproduced or shown to other buyers.

GoodWeave (child-labour-free), RWS (Responsible Wool Standard), Oeko-Tex, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), ISO 9001:2015 and SMETA audit. Audit documentation is available to buyers on request.

Yes — custom sizes for lobbies, corridors and suites, including single pieces up to 30 × 90 ft (larger on request). Products are Intertek-tested, and FR testing can be arranged per project or market requirement.

Hand-knotted silk starts around USD 15 per square foot and rises with knot density (we produce 80–150 KPSI) and design complexity.

Yes. Our shade-card dyeing program matches Pantone TPX or physical references, with pom approval before production and dye-lot control across large orders.

We handle export documentation in-house and ship worldwide via sea or air freight, with courier options such as FedEx and DHL for single pieces and samples. Clients receive progress photos and videos during production.
