1. Design & Size Confirmation: We start by finalizing your carpet design and dimensions to make sure everything is exactly right.
2. Quote Submission: Once the design and size are confirmed, we provide a detailed quote for your custom carpet.
3. Quote & Timeline Approval: Upon your approval of the quote, we confirm the estimated production timeline for your order.
4. Deposit Payment: A 50% deposit secures your order and allows production to begin.
5. CAD Design & Approval: Our team creates Computer-Aided Design (CAD) renderings of your carpet, matching your chosen size and colors precisely. We send these for your final approval before weaving starts.
6. Production Begins: Once the CAD is approved, weaving commences. We keep you updated with regular loom photos as your carpet takes shape.
7. Final Payment & Shipping Confirmation: When your carpet is ready, we share detailed images and videos for review. After approval, the remaining balance plus shipping (air or sea, your choice) is due.
8. Shipping & Tracking: Your carpet ships with full tracking details and GoodWeave and quality documentation included.
